The grapes were handpicked off Secrest Hill Road in Oliver in late October. Fermented in stainless tanks, the 2014 Merlot aged for 18 months in 1 and 2 year French Oak barrels. This Merlot spent 6 weeks extended time on the skins after fermentation to further intensify the wine.
