TASTING NOTES
Medium clear ruby with a paler garnet rim. Meaty nose. Smokey, toasty, spicy, floral, and peppery but not a lot of fruits. Dry, medium body, fine fleeting tannin with medium acidity. Concentrated flavours of wild strawberry jam, cigar, worn wood, leather, and licorice.
