Tasting Notes
A rich, sophisticated blend of ultra premium varietals. Dark berries, back tea and light liquorice on the nose. Dried fruit and savory herbs on the palate. Medium-long dry sultry finish. Gorgeous tannin structure that will continue to develop with aging.
Production Notes
This is a secret blend of a small lot grapes. AAll the fruit for this wine was picked in the South Okanagan.
Fermented in stainless steel and drained of its free run into our hand selected barrels.
We are patient with this wine, nurturing it for 20 months while it reaches its potential in the rich oak.
Winemaker Notes
Only 8 barrels produced. Approx: 85% French Oak and 15% American Oak.
