Bright aromas of mango, pear and honey!
Grapes were hand-harvested once temperatures reached nearly -9 degrees in our vineyard. While frozen, the fruit was pressed in the cold night air extracting beautifully golden Riesling juice. Fermented slowly, this icewine revealed a luscious body, bold acidity, and balanced sweetness.
