An outstanding, fresh and fruity sparkler with summer crab apple, freshly cut watermelon and sunshine on the nose. On the palate, indulge in farm fresh strawberries in cream, cranberries and subtle hints of grapefruit and golden pear. This 100% Pinot Rosé has a soft creamy palate that is balanced with pleasurable tannins and just the right amount of acidity.
Pinot Noir grapes were hand harvested, destemmed and gently crushed before sitting on skins for 48 hours.
Juice was allowed to bleed off ‘saignee’ style into stainless steel and fermented at low temperatures for nine days. The wine was allowed to clarify over the winter months, before being transformed into a sparkling Prosecco style wine.
