Stone fruit, apricot, white peaches and nectarines on the nose. Fruit confit, orange peel and a touch of spice on the palate, a true fruit salad in a glass.
Hand harvested, destemmed, and gently pressed to stainless steel tanks. Fermented at low temperatures for 11 days to retain the fresh acidity and aromatics, then allowed to sit on lees until January.
