Tasting Notes
Beautiful garnet color and aromas of forest floor, cedar and ripe raspberry. Rich flavours of morello cherries, black tea and vanilla cola. Silky tannins with a hint of baking pieces compliment the full finish.
Production Notes
As will all great Pinot Noirs, we have invested a ridicluous amount of care and patience. Hand selected barrels were chosen to carefully age this fine Pinot Noir.
Estate grown and carefully cropped for low production to produce the highest quality wine. The fruit is left on the vine as long as possible to deliver the best flavours.
