Strawberry, red cherry and raspberries on the nose. This dry rose balances fruit and acidity on the palate to compliment a lasting finish and show summer in your glass.
Hand harvested, destemmed, and crushed to sit whole berry overnight. Gently pressed the following morning into stainless steel, and fermented at low temperatures for 11 days to retain aromatics. Clarified naturally over the winter months.
