For the first time ever at Ex Nihilo, we've welcomed a Gewürztraminer into our collection!
Crushed and left on skins for 4 days, after that we only took the free-run juice. The ferment was exactly 2 weeks. Vibrant and juicy with passion fruit, lychee and a sprinkle of rosewater on the nose. The palate brings a tropical essence to the party with ripe pineapple, guava and a hint of spice. A brilliant off dry white wine bursting with summertime vibes!

An incredible wine, one of my favorite Gewürztraminer's. It balances perfectly on the tongue whether you're sipping it alone or with a meal.
