Tasting Notes
The Vampata is a crisp pink in colour and speaks of summer in the glass. Aromas and flavours of strawberry, cranberry and reships. The mouthfeel is round with a balanced gooseberry finish.
Production Notes
The Rosé was made in the traditional signee method. We picked the Pinot Noir grape, put it in the tank and bled off the unfermented juice when the colour was the right hue of pink. After that we cool fermented the juice to create this plush Rosé.
