Eligibility:

This promotional code for the Refer a Friend Member Perks is exclusively accessible to active members of the Ex Nihilo Wine Club who have effectively referred an individual (the “Referred”) to join our esteemed community of members. To qualify for a successful referral, the referred individual must commit to a one-year membership with Ex Nihilo Vineyards’ Wine Club at either Silver or Gold club level.

Qualification:

In order to receive a promotional code for the Refer a Friend Member Perks, the active Wine Club member (the “Referee”) name and email address must be submitted at time of registration by the Referred. Ex Nihilo reserves the right to decline backdating of referral credit for Referees not submitted at the time of registration.

Promotion Period:

The promo code is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed before December 31 of the same year from the date of issuance.

Order Requirement:

To qualify for the $50 off Refer A Friend promotion, the order must have a total value of $100 or more, excluding taxes, shipping, and any other applicable fees. Please note, Gold and Silver membership discounts, on eligible purchases, may be combined with the promotional code for the Refer a Friend Member Perks.

Redemption Process:

The promotional code for the Refer a Friend Member Perks can be used online or in-store. Members can redeem the single-use promo code received via email during the checkout process at our online store by entering the code in the designated promotional code field. Members can redeem the single-use promo code in-store at check out by presenting the code to our Cashier prior to payment. 

Restrictions:

Members cannot use the promotional code for the Refer a Friend Member Perks for Wine Club Release orders reservations for events, ticketed events or reservations via Tock, or purchases at CHAOS Bistro.

Non-Transferable:

The promo code is non-transferable and can only be used by the active referring Wine Club member who earned it through a successful referral of a new Ex Nihilo Wine Club member to Gold or Silver Club status.

Expiration:

The promo code expires on December 31 of the same year from the date of issuance, and any unused portion will be forfeited after this date.

No Cash Value:

The promo code holds no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

Cancellation or Modification:

Ex Nihilo Wine Club reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, no compensation will be provided.

Abuse:

Any abuse or fraudulent activity related to the use of the promotional code for the Refer a Friend Member Perks may result in the suspension or termination of the member’s account.
