WINEMAKING
The grapes were hand harvested, destemmed, and fermented whole berry in stainless steel for 22 days. The wine was pressed off to French and American oak barrels to complete malolactic fermentation over the winter months. Aged for 20 months. 87% French, 13% American, 5% New Oak.

This gorgeous Merlot is complex on the nose with notes of broken-in leather, fresh raspberries, and pomegranate. The palate boasts notes of mocha, blackberry, and cocoa.
